Business Problem
- The lead generation wasn’t working for them right from the start. They tried cold calling and direct mail campaigns, but the quality of the sales leads were not proper for them.
- They did try email marketing on their own using Constant Contact, purchased a list, and started sending them the emails, but it wasn’t effective.
- They had invested a lot in the MSP project, starting during COVID, and they really wanted some quality leads which could land them into some business. Their burn rate was steadily increasing.
Our Plan
- We discussed our services and implemented our SOP’s for this MSP. What they liked was our experience with email marketing, freeing them from writing emails themselves.
- Our automated scrapers were able to get good contacts from the web, and our prospecting agents verified them and added to our database for email marketing campaigns.
- We instructed our team to introduce all warm responses to the client, as they were desperate for results. Hot leads were scheduled on the calendar with them, so appointment scheduling was not a problem at all.
Result
- We are the only vendor they have in their marketing mix for outbound campaigns. We actually got them into the million-dollar club.
- 95% of their clients have come from TLM’s sales-qualified leads. Investing $10000 to $12000 in a year with TLM has fetched them around a 50x increase in their revenue.
- They are now acquiring more small MSPs to expand their services because they know they have TLM as their marketing vendor and have confidence in TLM’s ability to generate qualified leads.
